盛恩教会是一间新近成立，完全自主自立的地方教会。是高举上帝的名、高举主耶稣生命之道的教会； 是一间充满生机与活力的年轻教会。教会的牧者与长老，都具有丰富的植堂与多年教会牧养经验。
教会致力于向那些尚未听到福音信息的人传讲耶稣基督的救赎真理。即：耶稣基督在十字架上流出宝血，为的是拯救失丧的罪人；凡愿意到上帝面前认罪悔改的人，皆可得到基督宝血的洗净。
同时，我们也十分注重对教会弟兄姊妹在真理上的造就。不但每周都有查经聚会，主日讲台更是注重“解经式讲道”，即逐字、逐节地将圣经中的真理讲解开来，使每一位来到主耶稣面前的人，都得到属灵生命的喂养与造就。
在盛恩教会，每一位教会的肢体，在任何需要的时候都可以得到教会牧者与长老的关怀以及按照圣经真理的辅导。
使徒保罗在圣经提摩太前书1章15节说：“基督耶稣降世，为要拯救罪人。” 这话是真实的，也是十分可令人信服的。
教会是永生上帝的家，就是祂养育儿女的地方。我们相信，透过大家同心事奉，高举耶稣的名，学习在生活中顺服耶稣基督的道，可以使生命长进，成为圣洁，合乎主用。
我们教会的主日崇拜全部使用中英双语（普通话与英语）。欢迎所有人加入我们这个教会的大家庭，以便更多了解圣经真理，彼此鼓励，分享在主爱中的团契。

Abundant Grace Bible Church（AGBC）is a newly formed, fully independent local church, yet we are still part of the Christian Community Churches in Victoria and Tasmania.
Our church holds a high view of God and God's Word.
Our church is dedicated to preaching the gospel and reaching the lost.
Accordingly, we focus on equipping followers of Jesus Christ with biblical truths. Our Sunday messages consist of expository teachings, i.e. to nurture Christians through expositions of the Word of God verse by verse.
As the Apostle Paul says in (1 Timothy 1:15): 'The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.'
According to the Bible, the church is the household of the Living God, where His children grow in grace and truth. Therefore, we welcome all to join us to learn more about the Bible, to have fellowship and support one another.
Our Sunday services are conducted in both Mandarin and English (bilingual).
